By accessing and using HexAI Labs platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
HexAI Labs provides online educational courses and masterclasses focused on AI application development, agentic AI, and automation. Our services include live sessions, recorded content, downloadable course materials, and community access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You must not share your account access with others. One account is permitted per individual.
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the enrolled course. Course access is personal and non-transferable.
Access to course recordings and materials is governed by the specific access duration configured for each course. Some courses offer lifetime access to recordings, while others provide time-limited access (e.g., a fixed number of days from enrollment). The applicable access duration is specified on the course page at the time of enrollment.
Live sessions are conducted as scheduled and are not guaranteed to be repeated. Recorded versions of live sessions, where available, are provided subject to the access duration mentioned above.
HexAI Labs reserves the right to update, modify, or restructure course content at any time to keep it current and relevant.
Masterclasses are free or paid events that may be live or pre-recorded. Registration is required for attendance. Seats may be limited. Recordings of masterclasses, where available, are subject to their own access duration as specified during registration.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, any price changes will not affect courses you have already enrolled in.
All course content, recordings, materials, code samples, and resources are the intellectual property of HexAI Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any course content without prior written permission. Screen recording, redistribution of course videos, or sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Users are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment in all interactions including live sessions, community forums, and communications. Any form of harassment, discrimination, spam, or inappropriate behaviour will result in account termination without refund.
HexAI Labs provides educational content on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary increases, or project success. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
