1. Course Refunds

We offer a full refund if requested before the first live session of the course. Once the course has commenced (first session attended or recorded content accessed), refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at info@hexailabs.com with your order details. Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Free Masterclasses

Free masterclasses do not involve payment and therefore are not subject to refund. You may cancel your registration at any time.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable

Courses that have been fully completed are not eligible for refund. Promotional or discounted courses may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.
